– Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
– Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists
– Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using proper techniques and equipment
– Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and ensuring their satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Commercial driving experience preferred (Towing experience preferred)
– Mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive.
– Ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading vehicles
– Strong customer service skills, including conflict management and problem-solving abilities
