Flowers Foods owns several well-known brands including Dave’s Killer Bread, Wonder Bread, Tastykake & Nature’s Own.
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Temporary Route Sales Representative (RSR) to operate out of our Oxford, PA plant. This position is needed immediately and is expected to continue through the first week of October.
Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is operating a 26-foot box truck to deliver product to company locations in:
- Baltimore, MD
- Cinnaminson, NJ
Drivers will be responsible for safely transporting product, as well as loading and unloading their own truck.
Available Shifts
1st Shift:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (possible extension to 5:00 PM)
2nd Shift:
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (possible extension to 2:00 AM)
Please note: There is a strong possibility of 10-hour shifts, as drivers may need to complete at least two delivery runs per shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 26ft box truck safely and efficiently
- Deliver product to designated warehouse/distribution locations
- Load and unload product independently
- Complete multiple delivery trips as needed
- Follow all company safety and transportation procedures
- Maintain a professional and reliable attendance record
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience driving a 26ft box truck preferred
- Ability to lift, load, and unload product
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Ability to work extended hours when needed
