Bermud Air seeks three motivated Technical Operations Engineers to deliver safe and compliant aircraft operations. In this role, you will oversee technical guidance and ensure the operational efficiency of our expanding fleet. Your expertise will also play a critical role in aircraft maintenance and fleet management, adapting between Duty Engineer duties and flexible assignments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice to MCC Coordinators and Flight Crew
• Generate preventative maintenance Engineering Orders for improved reliability
• Supervise contracted MCC Coordinators and AOG events
• Conduct line maintenance in Bermuda under approved protocols
• Represent Bermud Air during heavy maintenance and audits
Requirements:
• EASA, TCCA, or CAA Licensed Engineer with Embraer E190
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Ability to work independently in dynamic situations
• Proven experience in complex operational environments
• Desirable:
Background in airline operations control
