Switch is looking for a temporary full-time Team Lead in New York City to execute a local grass roots sampling activation. This position will assist the Marketing Development Manager (MDM) with marketing activities that will be used to drive trial, raise awareness, and build brand equity.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with MDM and Switch Program Manager to continually develop market strategy
- Identifies areas of opportunity, outreach, and partnership within markets
- Creates detailed sampling plans for all BAs based on opportunity and strategy
- Submits activation measurements and recaps via Switch Mobile Reporting Tool (SMRT)
- Communicate any needs to the Program Manager regarding clothing, tools and inventory
- Monitors scheduled labor versus budget with MDM and Program Manager
- Assist with recruiting, scheduling and managing brand ambassador team
- Provides supervision and coaching for all brand ambassadors to ensure consumer activation strategy, communication, and messaging is on target at all times
- Communicates with Program Manager on team morale
- Ensures all BAs submit timesheets and provides approval to Program Manager on-time
