Position Overview
- OTR Team Driving Positions Available
- FedEx Ground Linehaul Operations
- No-Touch Freight
- 100% Drop & Hook
- Drivers Generally Return Home Weekly (Typically 5–7 Days Out with a 34-Hour Reset)
- All Trucks Equipped with Refrigerators
Pay & Compensation
- Weekly Earnings: $1,800–$2,600+ per Driver
- Team Pay: Starting at $0.80 CPM Split ($0.40 CPM per Driver)
- Average 4,500–6,500 Miles Per Week Per Team
- Weekly Direct Deposit
- Driver Referral Bonus Program
- Performance and Safety Bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a commercial tractor-trailer safely and efficiently while complying with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Complete assigned drop-and-hook, no-touch freight deliveries
- Maintain excellent on-time service performance
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, operations, and management teams
- Follow all company safety policies and FedEx Ground operational requirements
- Accurately complete required logs and transportation documentation
- Experience using Motive ( Not Required )

Experience:
- CDL A driving : 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDL A (Required)
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement (Required)
