Must have valid drivers licensee + be comfortable driving either a small or large cargo van in San Francisco, South Bay and North Bay. Please don't apply if you don't meet this requirement.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Tacolicious event staff are the face of our organization for all offsite events and deliveries! One day you might set-up and serve tacos at Baker Beach and the next you could be serving tacos in an event venue while the San Francisco Mayor addresses attendees. Role acts as both a delivery driver for drop off catering and as a server for full service events.
We have opportunities for motivated and reliable servers to join our offsite events team. Shifts are dependent on event schedules. Events are located at various indoor and outdoor venues across the Bay Area and Peninsula
Your duties will include:
- Driving full service events or deliveries to various locations.
- Loading orders and equipment into vans prior to events
- Delivering to sites ranging from Board Rooms to Backyards
- Set up of buffets and finishing appetizers
- Friendly interactions with event guests
- Breaking down events and leaving spaces as clean as you found them.
- Cleaning and restocking storage areas
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Punctual, responsive, and reliable
- Friendly and welcoming
- Professional in service and appearance
- A team player ready to help out where needed and takes direction well
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, and push up to 30 lbs; stand for extended periods of time; walk and climb stairs; reach, bend, and stoop.
