Support Service Aide/Driver

A local nonprofit organization serving individuals who are blind or visually impaired is seeking a dependable Part-Time Support Service Aide/Driver. This position involves transporting clients and providing assistance during medical, shopping, and other community appointments.

Qualifications:

• Experience and comfort working with adults and children who are blind or visually impaired

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for operating agency vehicles

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to successfully complete required background clearances and certifications upon hire

• Familiarity with Montgomery County is preferred

Compensation:

• $16.00 per hour

• Up to 25 hours per week
