Position Summary
The Courier Supervisor oversees daily courier and mailroom operations to ensure the timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery of materials across Trinity Health facilities. This role provides direct supervision and clear operational guidance to courier and mailroom staff, coordinates routes and schedules, and supports administrative functions that enable consistent, reliable service delivery. Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily courier and mailroom operations, including route coordination, workload distribution, and service prioritization.
Provide direction, support, and performance oversight to courier and mailroom staff to ensure consistent service and adherence to procedures.
Review and approve timesheets and attendance records for courier and mailroom personnel in accordance with organizational guidelines.
Address service issues, delivery concerns, and customer inquiries to support timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare routine reports and operational documentation to support tracking, communication, and workflow improvement.
Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communication activities for the supply chain team to support operational alignment.
