Hey there! We are looking for one exceptional, high-energy Lead Mover and Driver to join our team right away. We aren’t building a massive crew or hiring multiple people—we just need the one perfect guy who takes pride in his work, knows the trade, and wants a stable, rewarding spot. We are right in the middle of our peak summertime rush, so there is a ton of work ready for you immediately. Because of the nature of moving, your hours will vary—some days are going to be a lot longer than others, but the upside is that every single day is a new customer, a new location, and a fresh start. It is hard, intense physical labor, but it is well worth the pay for the right person.
Who You’ll Be Working With:
You won’t be working for some out-of-touch corporate boss who sits in an office. The contractor running this operation is an absolute badass at what he does. He has been moving furniture for nearly two decades—starting out when he was just 17—and has won the awards, medals, and certificates to prove he’s one of the best in the business. He has spent the last 18+ years mastering this trade and moving up, and now he needs a true professional he can trust. The goal is to find that one right hand who can handle the truck and the jobs so he can finally take a little well-deserved time off down the road.
What We Need From You:
The Right License:
You must have a valid Indiana For-Hire Endorsement (or Chauffeur’s License) to drive our 26ft box truck.
(A standard license won’t work, but you don’t need a full CDL).
Real Moving Experience:
This isn’t a job for beginners. You need to already know how to professionally wrap, pack, unpack, load, and unload a truck. You need to know how to maneuver heavy furniture through tight spaces and customers’ homes without scratching a thing. Hustle and Strength: This is a fast-paced job. We need someone who can literally run, move quickly, and handle heavy lifting every single day.
