Blu Planet Recycling seeks a dependable Sideload Truck Driver (Class
3) to enhance our collections team. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating residential and commercial routes using automated sideload trucks. This position emphasizes safety and efficiency in physically demanding situations, contributing to a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate Class 3 sideload truck on assigned routes
• Collect waste using automated equipment efficiently
• Navigate tight spaces and high-traffic areas accurately
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report issues
• Utilize app-based tools for navigation and documentation
Requirements:
• Valid Class 3 driver’s license with airbrake endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean commercial driver’s abstract required
• Strong ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Willingness to work up to 50 hours weekly
