Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Porter/Shuttle Driver to join our team in Bozeman, MT. This is a PM Shift & possible a couple of AM shifts. The ideal candidate will be required to have a good driving record and able to get on our insurance, responsible for providing safe and efficient shuttle services as well as performing porter duties to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate shuttle vehicles safely and responsibly to transport customers to and from designated locations.
- Perform porter duties including assisting customers with luggage, maintaining cleanliness of vehicles and surrounding areas, and supporting general facility needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and traffic laws.
Requirements
- Must be at least 22 years of age.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Be eligible and approved under our insurance requirements.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to perform porter duties as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed.
