Shuttle Driver

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Shuttle Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner.

$13/hr


Key Responsibilities

  • Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Safely transport Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles.
  • Load and unload luggage carts.
  • Maintain current listing of local and area attractions, special events and activities.
  • Maintain list of local transportation guides, churches, sports arenas, etc.
  • Check and store luggage for arrivals and departures with luggage tags.
  • Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services and amenities (hours of outlets, water park, theme park, fitness center, etc.).
  • Inspect guest’s room to ensure it is in order and that supplies are adequate before leaving guest at check-in.
  • Explain features of the room including operation of radio, television, telephone, in-room movie system, fireplace if applicable, etc.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 25 years old with a valid Virginia Driver’s License is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • An understanding of the local area is preferred.
  • A background in customer service is preferred.
