We are seeking a reliable HGV Class 1 driver for yard shunting at a busy agricultural bulk transport site in Whittlesey.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 22:00 – 06:00.
Responsibilities Include
- Using a tug to shunt trailers on-site according to customer needs.
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting defects.
- Maintaining a professional attitude when interacting with customers and the public.
- Following health & safety, site, and company procedures.
- Physical tasks such as coupling/uncoupling, loading/unloading, and climbing into trailers.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in agricultural transport preferred but full training provided.
- HGV Class 1 license (clean license preferred).
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor activity.
