Job Title: Shop Coordinator

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (+ OT & winter response)
North Western Property Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and reliable Shop Coordinator to take ownership of our shop, yard, and inventory systems. This role is ideal for someone who values structure, efficiency, and maintaining a clean, well-run workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized shop and yard using Lean principles
- Manage inventory, including synthetic grass shipments and stock levels
- Prepare materials and load/unload trucks
- Support crews with tools and deliveries as needed
- Oversee basic fleet and equipment maintenance tracking
- Follow NWPM’s 3S system:
Sort, Sweep, Standardize
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors
- Comfortable using power tools and operating equipment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments year-round
- Positive attitude
