Job Summary:
CWS Hygiene is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Driver to join our Distribution Team. In this key frontline role, you will be responsible for the reliable, professional delivery and collection of floor mats and hand towels to our customers. You will consistently provide excellent customer service, build strong relationships on your route, and play an important part in managing and maintaining our customer portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, values-driven, and enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team.
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime at the weekend.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading, transporting and making deliveries in a safe and timely manner
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
- Providing first class customer service
- Adhering to assigned routes and following timed schedules
- Abiding by the rules of the road and maintaining a safe driving record
- Following all Health & Safety practices as advised by CWS Hygiene
- Completing vehicle walk around checks and reporting defects or damage daily
- Be an ambassador for CWS Hygiene
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve customer billing queries
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Must have an Irish or European Passport or Stamp 4
- Full Clean B License
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a delivery driver
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management
- Attention to detail
- Reliable and trustworthy
