We are seeking a detail-oriented Service and Delivery Coordinator with some data entry responsibilities to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate service requests and delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely execution across multiple departments.
- Enter and update data accurately in various systems including Excel Spread Sheets, Fleet management platforms, and shipping & receiving logs.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Assist with dispatching activities using GPS and GIS tools to optimize routes and improve transportation planning.
- Support logistics operations by managing shipping & receiving documentation, inventory updates, and freight tracking.
- Analyze transportation data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, transportation planning, logistics operations, and fleet management principles.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data related to freight movement, shipping schedules, and logistics performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred.
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
