JOB DESCRIPTION
Grand Rental is looking for a qualified person to drive and deliver equipment. Are you friendly and organized? In this role, you will be expected to support the Grand Rental team, be efficient with your time, and have a good attitude.
Primary responsibilities will be to load and unload the truck & trailers, deliver and pick up rental equipment for customers, develop and navigate your routes, and perform routine maintenance on your truck during down time.
Another expectation of this position is to help the Grand Rental team with assorted light maintenance work in the shop, including cleaning, servicing and maintenance of various equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work safely in an area with many odors, noises, and distractions present
- Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds during a shift
- Must be comfortable with frequent bending, squatting, lifting, pushing and pulling
- Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs, inspection and maintenance
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years’ experience in similar position, preferred
- Class A CDL, required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and submit to random drug pool that aligns with Federal DOT drug testing requirements
- Must be able to read and comprehend written work instructions
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Must be prepared to work in all types of weather.
- Must be willing to work as part of the team and to step in when needed.
- Must be flexible, as occasionally overtime may be required due to vacation schedules or maintenance deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time & part-time, expect full time work in the summer months with part time work in the winter months.
Salary: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
