Position: Semi-Local Class A CDL Truck Driver (Dedicated + Regional)
We are seeking a reliable, safety-minded Class A CDL Driver for a Dedicated Regional lane. This semi-local position offers a predictable routine, competitive mileage pay, and comprehensive short-haul/stop pay components, allowing you to maximize your weekly earnings while maintaining consistent home time.
Operating Area & Logistics
- Operating States: NC, SC, VA, GA, FL, KY, and TN.
- Equipment
Note:
Trucks must remain parked at our Charlotte, NC distribution center during home time. Taking trucks home or taking a load home is not permitted.
- 2-3 days out at a time with 34-reset on weekends.
Compensation & Performance Pay
- Base Mileage Pay: $0.68 per mile
- Short-Haul Metro Load Pay:
- 0–150 Total Miles: $132.50 per load + $25 per stop (excluding origin/final)
- 151–310 Total Miles: $201.50 per load + $25 per stop (excluding origin/final)
- Drop & Stop Pay: $25.00 per stop (excluding origin and final destination)
- Detention Pay: $30.00 per hour (starts after 2 hours from scheduled appointment time)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience.
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Location: Must live within a commutable distance of Charlotte, NC to pick up/drop off equipment.
- Ability to work Saturdays as part of the weekly schedule.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and punctual delivery.
