We are looking for contract seasonal truck drivers to support our grape harvest. This position requires candidates to confidently throw straps and secure loads, with driving routes ranging from Kelowna to Osoyoos. The role involves working 40-45 hours a week in diverse and dynamic conditions, so adaptability is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive flat bed trucks safely during grape harvest
• Secure loads by throwing straps effectively
• Adapt to varying shift start times
• Work early mornings, weekends, and evenings
• Participate in provided safety orientation and training
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Clear criminal check and driver’s abstract
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility for varying hours during harvest
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
