Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Safety Supervisor, Driver to join our team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Safety Supervisor, Driver will oversee the safety protocols for the company's transportation department, conduct regular safety training, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include investigating accidents, implementing preventive measures, and participating in the development of safety-focused operational policies. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on approach to maintain and improve safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices and Occupational Health standards
- Experience in Safety Training and Safety Engineering
- Expertise in Accident Investigation and implementing preventive measures
- Ability to develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Previous experience in transportation or logistics safety is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field is preferred
