BRK Distributing Inc. distributors of Little Debbie and Sunbelt products is looking for the right candidate to join our team.
As a Commission Route Sales Representative, you will deliver our product line to a designated customer base within a geographic area. Responsible for servicing the route by selling product, ordering, stocking customer’s shelves and developing strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with a physically demanding customer-oriented sales position.
Job Functions
Manage promotions to increase sales
Orders and delivers product lines to fit Customer’s needs
Builds strong customer relationships to better service customers
Accurately completes all records and orders required on a daily basis
Loads products as directed and keeps accurate inventory on truck and warehouse
Help in maintaining truck cleanliness, getting routine services, making sure truck issues are reported.
Drive 17 ft Box Truck in a safe and courteous manner
Requirements:
One-year sales experience preferred but will train the right candidate
This is not always a Mon-Fri some weekends required

Qualifications
– Valid driver’s license
– Proven experience in route driving and delivery
– Strong customer service and sales skills
– Ability to lift heavy objects
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Military background a plus
– Upselling experience preferred

Pay: $700.00 – $900.00 per week
