Quality Roll Off Company is growing and looking for an additional driver to join our team! We deliver roll‑off dumpsters to homes, farms, and job sites, and haul full containers to landfills or transfer stations. Unlike traditional garbage truck routes, this job is all about providing reliable, friendly, and efficient service with our roll‑off dumpster trucks.
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate roll‑off truck in compliance with all DOT and company regulations
- Deliver empty dumpsters to customers and pick up full containers
- Transport loads to designated landfills or disposal facilities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and customers
- Maintain accurate logs, route sheets, and paperwork
- Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections
- Keep truck clean and perform basic maintenance checks
- Navigate rural, residential, and commercial areas safely
Requirements
- CDL
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre‑employment drug screen and background check
Physical & Environmental Conditions
- Frequently driving, loading, and unloading in all weather conditions
- Exposure to waste materials, rural and construction site terrain
- Occasional heavy lifting or maneuvering required
- Some routes may require early mornings or long days
