Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A or Class B roll-off trucks.
- Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at commercial, industrial, and construction customer locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic logs.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
- Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Operate safely in a variety of weather and job site conditions.
- Represent Einfalt Recycling & Salvage with professionalism at every customer location.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
- Roll-off experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Team Player
Preferred Experience
- Roll-Off Truck Operation
- Hooklift Experience (a plus)
- Scrap Metal or Waste Industry Experience
- Construction / Industrial Site Deliveries
- Equipment Operation (preferred but not required)

- Home Daily
- Occasional Saturday work during busy periods
