Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations of train crews in the field
• Design remedial training for procedural violations
• Facilitate conductor training for new hires
• Oversee recertification training for operational staff
• Analyze incidents for training adaptations
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of locomotive engineer experience
• Familiarity with railroad operating rules
• Strong communication skills
• Preferred management experience
