Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our ReturnIt network in St. Louis. As a driver, you will pick up customer return items from homes or businesses and deliver them to retailers, shipping centers, or donation facilities.
This role is ideal for gig workers (Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, Amazon Flex, Instacart, etc.) who want to earn extra income with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Pick up return items, exchanges, or donations from customers’ doorsteps.
- Deliver items to designated stores, carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), or donation centers.
- Follow assigned routes and ensure timely, safe, and secure deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs through the ReturnIt mobile app.
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks before each shift.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Have a reliable vehicle (sedan, SUV, van, or truck).
- Proof of auto insurance.
- Smartphone (iOS/Android) to use the ReturnIt Driver App.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. for certain deliveries.
- Previous experience with gig platforms (Uber, DoorDash, Lyft, Amazon Flex) is a plus but not required.
- Strong navigation skills and customer-first mindset.
