Responsibilities: – Provide exceptional customer service to all customers – Assist customers in finding and selecting products – Communicate product features and benefits to customers – Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently – Handle cash and credit card transactions – Maintain a clean and organized sales floor – Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed – Assist with inventory management and restocking – Occasionally delivering batteries – Installing automotive batteries – Deliver batteries as needed/some out of town deliveries may be required
Requirements: – Previous retail sales experience is preferred – Basic hand tool knowledge is helpful – Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English – Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
