Job Description: Richard & Associates is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Repossession Agents. This is a commission-based position ideal for self-starters who are comfortable working independently and are willing to work early morning hours. As a Repossession Agent, you will be responsible for locating and recovering vehicles in a professional and lawful manner. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities: Locate and repossess vehicles assigned by the company Work early morning and flexible hours as needed Maintain detailed records of all recovery activity Communicate effectively with dispatch and management Operate in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Compensation: Commission-based pay per successful recovery Higher earnings potential based on performance and volume
