We’re expanding our team and seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join us as Repossession Agents.
Job Description:
As a Repossession Agent, you’ll be responsible for locating and securing vehicles for clients in a safe, lawful, and professional manner. You will work closely with our dispatch and recovery teams to ensure efficient and successful operations.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and recover collateral in assigned areas using company equipment
- Operate a tow truck and recovery tools (training provided if necessary)
- Utilize LPR (License Plate Recognition) technology and GPS software
- Document repossessions with detailed notes and photos
- Perform condition reports on recovered vehicles
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate respectfully with all parties
- Follow all federal, state, and local laws regarding repossession and towing
- Ensure all company vehicles and equipment are maintained and clean
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team
- Must be comfortable working flexible hours, including nights and weekends (Night position works from Sun-Thurs)
- Excellent observational and problem-solving skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge or tow experience a plus
- Repossession or asset recovery experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right candidate)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,154.00 – $61,378.00 per year
