Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Drive across designated routes, adhering to schedules while maintaining safety standards on highways and local roads.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and route documentation in compliance with federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery status, and any issues encountered during trips.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards for commercial trucking operations.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with dispatch and customers.
Pay: $0.55 – $0.65 per mile
