In business since 1970, we are an established, successful intermodal trucking company with 200+ trucks in our network, and unlimited growth potential. We are currently hiring company drivers at our Savannah terminal to haul containers regionally. We offer the perfect balance of steady work, great pay, and plenty of home time. We offer competitive mileage pay for regional work ($0.60/mile) + hourly pay (starting at $31/hour) for port/local work, benefits, paid vacation time, and our drivers are home on weekends and some weeknights. In addition, we are currently offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for new applicants. Service Transfer has been in business for more than 50 years serving the eastern seaboard!
We are looking for experienced, reliable drivers who meet the following requirements:
- Class A CDL
- Current DOT Physical and Clean MVR (no reckless driving)
- No Positive Drug/Alcohol Tests
- TWIC Required
- 2 years verifiable CLASS A driving experience
- 23 years of age or older
- Container experience preferred but not required
- HAZ certification preferred but not required
