Job Overview
We are currently hiring an experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Driver to join our growing team. Drivers will haul flatbed freight while operating safely and professionally. We’re looking for motivated drivers who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values them.

Duties
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer across designated regional routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Secure loads properly on flatbeds using straps, tarps, and other securing devices to prevent shifting or damage during transit
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, including checking brakes, lights, tires, and load securement equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Skills
- Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on flatbed transportation and route driving within a regional scope
- Excellent driving record with a solid understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety procedures
- Skilled in securing freight on flatbeds using appropriate tie-downs and tarps to ensure cargo safety during transit
Pay & Benefits
- 28% of line haul pay
- $2,000 Sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
- Flatbed Experience
- Clean driving record and strong safety mindset
- Ability to secure freight and work outdoors when needed
- Must meet DOT requirements
