Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company-owned reefer tractors and trailers for the delivery and pickup of perishable products.
- Complete multi-stop regional routes throughout the Midwest.
- Maintain required DOT and OSHA certifications.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment remains in safe operating condition.
- Follow all company safety policies and transportation regulations.
- Support team operations and contribute to a culture of safety and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of one year of driving experience preferred
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Professional attitude and commitment to customer service
- Ability to operate tractors and trailers safely and efficiently

These standards are established by state and federal regulations and are a critical part of the hiring process. Applicants should be prepared to complete all required examinations and provide documentation demonstrating compliance with DOT criteria.
