Job Description:
Regional Truck Driver – Salt Lake City, UT 3000 Sign On Bonus | 3 Months Experience Required
Position Overview Regional CDL A position hauling Costco freight in UT, ID and MT. Drivers run heavy haul dry van loads with consistent miles, strong annual earnings, and weekly home time. Majority drop and hook with no touch freight.
Pay and Benefits

• Average yearly earnings: 97000 – 109300
• Pay rate: 0.62 – 0.68 CPM
• 0.01 CPM increase at 6 months, then yearly increases up to 0.68 CPM
• Stop pay: 25 per stop

Home Time and Schedule

• Weekly home time
• Schedule: Tuesday – Sunday
• Start time window: 1700 – 0100 (assigned by account, then consistent)
• Drivers living within 75 miles of SLC may be home 1–2 nights per week in addition to reset (not guaranteed)
• Average shift length: 11 – 14 hours

Position Details

• Deliver Costco products from the Salt Lake City DC to stores in UT, ID and MT
• Heavy haul loads up to 105,500 lbs
• No touch freight
• Mix of drop and hook and live load/unload (majority drop and hook)
• Driver must chain as weather requires
• Must be comfortable with mountain and winter driving
• May assist other DCS accounts as needed
• Driver provides own transportation to and from the account

Equipment

• Assigned automatic Freightliner sleeper trucks
• Trucks remain at the account during time off

Job Requirements:
Valid CDL A License for Utah and at least 3 months of verifiable CDL driving experience.
Wage Range: 97000.00 – 109000.00 per year
