This regional role is headquartered in Spring, TX and designed with new drivers in mind. No prior experience needed – just bring your CDL-A and a willingness to hit the road. From day one, you’ll have predictable Southeast routes, organized dispatch, and reliable freight to keep you moving.
Pay & Home Time
- $1,200-$1,500 per week
- $0.55 CPM – $0.70 CPM
- 2,400-2,800 miles per week
- Average annual pay: $70,000-$86,000
- Sign On Bonus: $2,500
- Weekly direct deposit
Home Time: Home Weekly
Job Details:
- Mostly Drop-and-hook
- Paid orientation and Transportation, meals, hotel are covered
- Consistent Southwest regional lanes
- Organized dispatch and reliable freight volume
- Day and night runs available
Requirements:
- 21+ years old
- Must have a valid CDL-A
- Good Driving Record with no major accidents
- No experience required – new graduates welcome
- Safety-focused, DOT compliant
- No SAP at all, No recent DUIDWI
Responsibilities
- Operate late-model dry van equipment
- Haul 100% no-touch freight on a regional account
- Combination of drop & hook and live load/unload
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
