CDL-A Solo Driver
Location
Holland, MI
Compensation
- $0.45 – $0.48 CPM based on verifiable experience
- Additional earnings through stop pay, pickup pay, detention pay, and bonuses
- Average annual earnings of $90,000
Home Time
- 34-hour guaranteed home time
- Average 48 hours home weekly
Important Requirement
Drivers must live within a 150-mile radius of Holland, Michigan and be able to report to the Holland terminal twice per week.

What You ll Do
- Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle
- Transport LTL and truckload freight on scheduled routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow FMCSA and DOT regulations at all times
- Communicate consistently with dispatch regarding load updates and trip status
- Coordinate pickup and delivery procedures with customers and shipping partners
- Maintain bills of lading, proof of delivery paperwork, fuel receipts, and trip documentation
- Monitor road and weather conditions and communicate delays or concerns to operations
- Represent Green Transportation professionally with customers and team members
Equipment & Work Environment
- 2020 and newer Volvo VNL tractors
- Refrigerator and inverter included
- Dynamic steering and upgraded driver comfort features
What We re Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience
- Strong safety mindset and knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations
- Ability to communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must live within 150 miles of Holland, MI
- Must be able to report to the Holland terminal twice weekly
- U.S. work authorization required
Preferred Qualifications
- Transportation and logistics experience
- Experience with LTL and truckload freight
- Knowledge of BOLs, PODs, and transportation documentation
