Entry Level / Trainee Program
- 4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor
- $300 orientation bonus on first solo paycheck
- Hands‑on guidance on Western regional dry van operations
- Requirements: CDL-A license, age 21+, 120+ hours from accredited CDL school, clean work history
Experienced Drivers
- Steady regional routes with 100% no‑touch freight

Program Overview
