INSURED TRANSPORTATION LLC is seeking professional CDL-A drivers who are looking for consistent freight, organized dispatch, and predictable home time.
We operate primarily throughout the central and southern United States and focus on keeping drivers running steady miles while maintaining professional communication and a structured operation.
Pay Options (Driver Chooses)
Drivers may choose the pay structure that works best for them.
Option 1 — Percentage Pay
- 20% of Gross Linehaul Revenue
- Guaranteed Minimum: $1,000 per week
- Typical Weekly Earnings: $1,500 – $2,000+
Drivers who run efficiently and communicate well with dispatch typically earn at the top of the pay range.
Option 2 — Mileage Pay
- $0.50 per mile
Best suited for drivers who prefer simple mileage-based pay and predictable weekly earnings.
Example:
2,800 miles × $0.50 = $1,400 per week
Employment Type
Drivers may choose their preferred classification:
✔ W-2 Employee
✔ 1099 Independent Contractor
Work Schedule & Home Time
This position follows a structured Regional schedule designed for drivers who want consistent miles and predictable home time.
Typical schedule:
3 Weeks On The Road
1 Full Week Home
Drivers who prefer to remain on the road longer may accumulate home time up to 30 days.
If routed near home during a trip, drivers may also reset at home when feasible.
Freight & Operating Region
Primary lanes include:
TX | NM | KS | OK | AR | LA | TN | MS | AL
✔ Consistent regional freight
✔ No forced Northeast freight
✔ No West Coast freight
This allows drivers to stay primarily within the central and southern freight corridors.

We focus on keeping trucks moving while maintaining clear communication and organized operations.
Dispatch & Driver Workflow
Our company uses a mobile dispatch and document management system to keep communication organized.
Drivers will:
- Download the company dispatch app during onboarding
- Check the app each morning to view their assigned load
- Receive pickup and delivery details directly through the app
- Scan and upload BOLs and paperwork after delivery
This system helps keep paperwork organized and ensures faster documentation processing and payroll.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License
- Clean driving record
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable and self-disciplined
TWIC Card and Tanker Endorsement preferred but not required.
Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
