** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on time
* Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
* Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries
* Manage the mixing process and ensure product quality meets specifications upon delivery
* Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
** What Are We Looking For
*** Valid Class A or B CDL
* Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT regulations
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service
* Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with team members
* Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and handling equipment
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
