Rate of Pay: $Hourly + Catering tips and $20 delivery reimbursements.
Job Summary
Get ready to join a vibrant new restaurant! We are looking for reliable, energetic and friendly individuals interested in becoming part of our team to lead and grow our catering delivery business. This is an on-call position and availability is needed Monday – Friday from 9am – 2pm. Our Catering professionals average 8-12 catering deliveries each week.
Responsibilities
- Delivery: Uses a personal vehicle to deliver orders to customer events, maintaining an acceptable driving record.
- Marketing, Sales, and promotion: Generates new catering business by reaching out to local businesses, schools, and events as well as participating in community events to promote services.
- Order management: Fullfills and oversees catering orders, ensuring accuracy & timely preparation.
- Event coordination: Ensuring on-time delivery and setup for events.
- Customer service: Representing Qdoba professionally and ensuring client satisfaction after the event.
Requirements
- Customer-facing experience: Must be professional, with strong communication and hospitality skills.
- Knowledge of menu: A thorough understanding of the Qdoba catering menu is essential.
- Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple orders and events at once.
- Driver’s license: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often required.
- Technical knowledge: software to include Microsoft Office, Monkey Media, and other platforms used to increase catering revenue.
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
