Propane Delivery Driver Jobs in Mount Nebo at U-Save Propane Inc
Will drive a class B single axle tanker truck. Deliver propane to residential and commercial customers. Some propane tank setting also involved. This is a physical job requiring heavy lifting, pulling and walking. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Duties:
– Drive in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including route information and any issues that may have arisen during the delivery process.
– Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and efficient deliveries, and addressing any customer concerns or issues.
– Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety of the vehicle and the driver.
– Follow all safety protocols and regulations to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
**Requirements**
– Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) class B w/ HAZMAT and TANKER with a clean driving record. ( We can assist with endorsements)
– Proven experience in commercial driving, with a focus on delivery or transportation.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
– Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as needed.
– Physical stamina to withstand the demands of a physically demanding job.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
– Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
