What You’ll Do
- Safely load and unload household goods and furniture
- Protect customers’ homes and belongings
- Pack and wrap furniture properly
- Drive moving trucks (if qualified)
- Work directly with customers in their homes
- Represent the company professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clean appearance and professional communication
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Moving, construction, warehouse, or delivery experience is a plus

Pay & Benefits
- With Tips- starting pay is around $20-$25 per hour depending on experience
- Tips paid directly to crew
- Performance bonuses available

Qualifications Required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a background check
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous moving experience
- Experience in construction, landscaping, delivery, warehousing, or other physical labor
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience driving box trucks
- Leadership or crew lead experience
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
