About You
If you have a love for production, excellent organisational skills, and are an excel whizz, this could be your next adventure with Nobody’s Child. Reporting to the Creative Studio & Production Lead, you’ll provide end-to-end support across studio production for ecommerce shoots, covering everything from pre-production planning and sample management through to asset management, post-production support, and everything in between.
Day to day, you’ll find yourself
- Manage samples for ecommerce shoots, coordinating product across all ecommerce photography.
- Work closely with Buyers to coordinate shoot samples.
- Manage shoot lists for all ecommerce shoots.
- Support with post-shoot image selects, labelling SKUs and preparing assets.
- Coordinate external ecommerce retouching.
- Manage internal image banks and upload imagery for ecommerce.
- Support the Production team with castings and booking ecommerce crew, including photographers and hair & makeup artists.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies and talent.
- Coordinate wholesale image selects, ensuring key partner deadlines are met.
- Support the coordination of in-house cut-out and mannequin shoots.
- Assist with steaming and sample preparation when required.
- Prepare carnets and pack samples for international shoots.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research seasonal ecommerce best practice.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Production team as required.

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail production environment.
- A basic understanding of production processes.
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence using Excel.
- A passion for responsible fashion.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- A creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team.
