Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Driver cum Assistant role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Personal Driver cum Assistant will provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for executives and guests, including airport transfers, meetings, and business-related errands, while maintaining the vehicle in clean, roadworthy condition. The role includes planning routes, monitoring traffic and weather conditions, managing fuel and maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with all road safety regulations and company policies. As an assistant, this person will support day-to-day tasks such as handling deliveries, assisting with documents and minor administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and running personal or office-related errands when required. The position requires flexibility in working hours, professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong customer-focused attitude in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong driving capabilities, including experience with larger vehicles such as trucks and familiarity with relevant vehicle safety practices.
  • Valid CDL Class A or equivalent professional driving license, with a clean driving record and solid knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders clearly and respectfully.
  • Proven customer service mindset, demonstrating courtesy, patience, and professionalism when transporting and assisting passengers.
  • High level of reliability, integrity, and discretion when dealing with confidential information and executive schedules.
  • Good navigation skills, including use of GPS and mapping applications, and the ability to adapt to changing routes or schedules.
  • Physical ability to sit for extended periods, assist with luggage or packages, and perform basic vehicle checks and upkeep.
  • Prior experience as a personal or corporate driver, chauffeur, or driver-assistant is preferred; basic administrative or office support experience is an advantage.
