What You’ll Do
As a Patient Care Delivery Specialist, you will serve as the face of A&R Medical Supply in the community while supporting warehouse operations that keep our patients supplied with critical medical equipment.
Patient Care & Deliveries
- Deliver and set up home medical equipment for patients throughout New Mexico
- Pick up equipment when services are completed
- Educate patients and caregivers on the safe use and care of equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during every patient interaction
- Communicate professionally with patients, families, healthcare providers, and team members
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries efficiently to maximize service and timeliness
Warehouse & Operations Support
- Maintain inventory and stock warehouse shelves
- Clean, disinfect, test, and prepare medical equipment for patient use
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Perform inter-branch equipment transfers
- Help ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized
- Answer and assist with operations-related phone calls regarding deliveries and equipment
Team Support
- Assist with special projects and operational needs as assigned
- Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities as needed

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean and insurable driving record
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles
- Ability to lift, move, and transport medical equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery, warehouse, healthcare, medical equipment, logistics, or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Minimum of two professional references from previous supervisors or managers

Schedule
- Full-time
- 8-hour shifts
- Five days per week
- Some schedules may include weekends
