Summary:
The Synergy Van Driver plays a pivotal role within our team, being responsible for the safe and efficient transport of individuals in recovery to treatment sessions, NA/AA meetings, and various designated locations as required.
Key Duties:
- Ensure the provision of secure and comfortable travel to and from Synergy Facilities, along with access to community services.
- Facilitate transportation for clients between Synergy’s Recovery Residences and other necessary destinations.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, catering to a varied demographic.
- Forge and uphold productive collaborations with both team members and clients.
- Exercise sound judgment and make autonomous decisions promptly as situations arise.
- Uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle at all times.
Qualifications:
- Ability to pass BMV screening
- Current State of Indiana Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to Pass a Pre-employment drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
