About Trash Fairies
We make trash disappear. Residents place their bagged trash and recycling outside their apartment doors — our couriers pick it up and take it to the community dumpsters. It’s reliable service with a light touch of magic.
Role: Trash Courier
Location: Raleigh area, NC
Schedule: Five evenings/week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Compensation: $500-$900/month (part-time)
What you’ll do:
- Pick up bagged trash/recycling from apartment doorsteps.
- Haul bags using your pickup truck to the community dumpsters/compactors.
- Work independently — typically 1–2 hours per evening (start times vary by property).
- Ensure community walkways stay clear, clean, and safe.
Requirements:
- Pickup truck required (no exceptions).
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable walking distances and climbing stairs while carrying trash bags.
- Smartphone required (to receive instructions and confirm completed routes).
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
