About the Role
One Solution Logistics is looking for reliable Owner Van Delivery Drivers with a Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, or similar-sized van to join our growing delivery operation in South Wales.
Drivers will complete approximately 100–120 stops per day on a consistent route. Some days may be lighter, but all assigned deliveries must be completed to receive the full day rate.
Load time is typically around 8:00 AM, with earlier loading available for drivers who prefer to start sooner.
You will be required to load from our depot in Nantgarw (CF15 7QZ) before beginning your route.

Requirements
- Owner driver with a Mercedes Sprinter, Ford Transit, or similar van
- Valid UK driving licence
- Appropriate van insurance
- Good time management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Delivery experience preferred but not essential
- Comfortable using a delivery app for routing and proof of delivery
