We partner with a select group of professional OTR owner-operators across all 48 states, providing consistent freight, professional dispatch, and weekly settlement — so our operators can focus on what they do best: running safe, professional miles. OTR
We are not a large impersonal fleet. We are a growing carrier building a tight network of reliable professionals who want consistent freight and a dispatcher who actually answers the phone.
What You Take Home
$4,000 — $6,000 per week, paid weekly by direct deposit.
This is not gross revenue before expenses we surprise you with later. This is the take-home weekly pay our active partners consistently earn when they run full weeks professionally. We will give you a realistic picture of what your specific equipment and lane can generate before you sign anything.
Open Positions
We are currently looking for owner-operators in the following equipment categories:
- 26ft Box Truck — liftgate preferred, CDL or non-CDL considered
- Hotshot — minimum 30ft trailer, gooseneck or bumper pull, CDL or non-CDL considered
- Step Deck — OTR, all 48 states, strong load base available immediately
Requirements
- Own/Lease your equipment (truck and trailer)
- Current commercial auto and cargo insurance — verifiable
- Clean driving record — no major violations in the last 3 years
- Smartphone for communication and ELD compliance
- Ability to run OTR — multi-day and multi-state runs
- Professional communication — responsive to dispatcher
- DOT medical card current
Preferred (Not Required)
- CDL Class A or Class B
- Hazmat endorsement
- Tanker endorsement
- PPE certification
- 2+ years OTR experience
- ELD device already installed
SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR TANKER & HAZMAT ENDORSED OPERATORS
Operators holding a Tanker (T), Hazmat (H), or X endorsement (Tanker + Hazmat combined) are eligible for premium petroleum and chemical freight lanes not available to general freight operators.
These lanes include:
- Crude oil transport from wellhead to terminal
- Refined petroleum product delivery (diesel, gasoline, jet fuel)
- Chemical and industrial liquid transport
- Oilfield supply and equipment hauling (hotshot)
- Propane and LNG regional delivery
Weekly take-home for endorsed operators on premium lanes: $4,500 — $6,500+
If you hold these endorsements and are not currently running lanes that reflect their value — we want to hear from you specifically.
Include your endorsement details in your application. Endorsed operators are reviewed first.
Operators with endorsements have access to premium freight lanes that pay significantly above standard rates.
