Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Owner Operator CDL Drivers to join our team and drive our success forward! As an Owner Operator, you’ll leverage your driving expertise to transport freight efficiently and safely across various routes. This role offers the opportunity to operate your own tractor-trailer while partnering with a company dedicated to supporting your independence and growth.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers, including containers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds
- Load and unload freight
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations
- Manage route driving efficiently, adhering to schedules and delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding load status and delivery updates
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and safety standards
Requirements
- Valid CDL license with necessary endorsements for operating different trailer types (manual transmission experience preferred)
- Proven truck driving experience, especially in commercial driving environments involving freight delivery
- Experience operating containers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds
- Ability to load & unload freight
- Strong knowledge of route planning and route driving best practices
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance
- Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road

Pay: $3,000.00 – $4,500.00 per week
