We Are Hiring Owner- Operators- independent contractors!
We are seeking reliable owner-operators with 26′ box trucks to handle local pickup and delivery routes throughout the Chicagoland and surrounding areas Monday- Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers who want consistent weekday work and the ability to be home every night.

Driver Requirements
- Must own and operate a 26′ box truck with lift gate- White colored trucks!
- Trucks must be no older than 2021.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Active commercial auto insurance
- Ability to pass background screening if required by customer accounts
- Smartphone with GPS/navigation capability
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
- Ability to load/unload freight when required
- Must have at minimum 3 years experience doing deliveries
Duties
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck along designated local delivery routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Load and unload cargo efficiently using manual lifting techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed
- Deliver packages and goods directly to customer locations with a focus on timeliness and professionalism
- Verify delivery accuracy, obtain signatures, and document all shipments properly
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the truck
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries
- Manage daily route planning to optimize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
Skills
- Proven experience as a delivery driver with a strong focus on customer service
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)- must be a REAL ID.
- Excellent route driving skills with a track record of safe driving practices and adherence to traffic laws
- Strong communication skills for interacting professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as load & unload operations efficiently and safely
